for my brief time here on earth and in the corporate world, i’ve carved out a niche as a storyteller, with expertise in copywriting, digital marketing, social strategy, and content marketing. more recently, i’m diving into the world of web design.

looking for guidance to this here ol’ site? i’ve been at the Swoosh the past 7 years where i’ve done everything from lead social for @nikela to build new content franchises for the SNKRS app (see my work here). i’ve been lucky enough to have words in Flagrant Magazine, host my own Substack newsletter, and write a few other pieces here and there. in a former life, i got my masters degree in sports broadcasting and thought i would be the next doris burke — instead, i met a ton of cool folks, am confident on camera and with improv, and have a slightly cringeworthy reel that i’m incredibly proud of,
